The Maples

As part of the Federal Budget recently released in Ottawa, a Home Renovation Tax Credit will be available to homeowners in Canada who undertake renovations on their home in the 2009 tax year.  For up to $10,000 that you spend on renovations (but no more) you can get at 13.5% credit (or $1,350 back on the $10,000 spent).
